I moved into a neighborhood several years ago that has an annual association dues.
The only areas that seem to get attention are those areas around the living quarters of 'board members'. Many neighbors have stopped paying the dues because of this fact.
Can one be held liable for this dues under these circumstances , and what recourse do we have when the board chooses to ignore the rest of the neighborhoods needs for upkeep?
