I had a friend of a friend draw up my divorce papers. When I got them my name was spelled wrong. Do I have to have the papers redone or can I correct the name when I file the papers. Also, what if I leave the state of Alabama. Will I have to come back here to file the papers or can I file them in the state of my new residence?
