So what? Practically every urban center freeway in the United States is too! Ever try getting through Los Angeles on the Santa Monica Freeway(I-10 by another name)? I-85 through Atlanta? We've got it good compared to many cities. Don't let the Chamber of Commerce force us into another costly bad decision: what's needed is a "Northern Bypass" utilizing the existing Cochrane-Africatown bridge over to I-65 and (eventually) swinging all the way out by the Airport as well. Just common sense!
