Can you believe it!? I will be in Mobile in two weeks!! Ah!! I couldn't be more excited about this awesome time in my life! So much has happened in the last week--let me fill you in! The week of graduation was busy busy busy! I shadowed surgery at the local hospital, and I loved it!! It was an awesome experience! I even got to watch parts of neurosurgery through the technician's microscope--that was definately my favorite part!! I even asked my dad how it would feel to say, "my daughter is a neurosurgeon!" He said he would be proud of whatever I chose to do--awesome, huh?

I am now an honors graduate of Tullahoma High School! I was so excited! We had the ceremony in the gym, and it was HOT! Tennessee is just so humid--not good for the hair!;)  We had a mishap at the beginning--we lined up incorrectly--whoops! That was a little embarrassing, but I graduated and had a great time!  That is all that matters, anyway.  That night we had Project Graduation, and it was a blast! We had a raffle for small prizes and I won an oil change! Woo! We also had team games and they were so much fun--I really got into it! At the end of the LONGGG night I left with a new laundry basket, t-shirt, oil change, and $175--not too shabby!

Saturday evening I traveled to Ootlewah, TN to their local program! I performed "Art is Calling For Me" and "Taylor the Latte Boy" my voice was shot, but I still had a great time! The winner was awesome and so were the other contestents--the judges had a tough job! I was really relieved to go home and sleep on Sunday!

It has been a great week!

Hey Hallet!

It was great to hear from you!  I have talked to Mary Rose, and my Mom has talked to your Mother, so I feel like I already know your family.  I am really looking forward to meeting everyone.  I am so glad that you like to sing!! It has been one of my favorite activities since I was your age! Do you have an email that we can talk back and forth on?  My favorite subject in school has always been biology--I love science!  My favorite color is either coral or turquoise! What is yours? Apparently you and I have a lot in common because I love tennis! I played on my school team all throughout high school! I will try and bring my racquet so we can play--I don't know if I will have enough room to pack it or if we will have time during the two weeks.  I am not the only child--I have two brothers: Matt and Miles! Matt is 23 and Miles is 12--I am the middle child and only girl! I love it! About food...I love it all!! :)  I took a ballet class this year with middle schoolers, and I loved it! That was the only time I had ever danced!! I am still not very coordinated, though!!  I have always been involved with sports, volunteer activities, studying, and church, so to be honest, I haven't gone to any late night parties and I don't feel like I've missed anything!   And yes, I have been to the best city in the world, Mobile, but my family was only passing through so I haven't spent a lot of time there.  I can't wait to come to such a wonderful community and stay for two weeks! I know it will be a wonderful time!

Hey there!!

Only five more days! Can you believe it!? I can't wait to stay with you and your family!! I have a dog, a miniature schnauzer--Peyton! Also, I have two cats who stay outside! My birthday is on January 12th! I will be 19 this year! To answer your question about when I get online, it is normally only when I have time! I don't really have a set schedule!
