I sympatize with the families of the bicyclist who were killed by the driver who was DWI, but motorcycle riders face car and truck drivers who are neither imparied or otherwise incapacitated and are killed on a regular basis. The media gives very little coverage around the fact that this is motorcycle awareness month and that all drivers of vehicles should "Look twice and save a life....motorcycles are out there" they deserve the respect and have the same right of way priviliges as those driving cars.

I agree with Rider1951.People will look for cars,(some people),but look right through a bike or motorcycle.There should be more coverage on bikes and motorcycles to make people more aware of the dangers on our roads. Sometimes the bells don't work,our get full. Ask a biker about that last one. RIDE SAFE.
