“Look Good…Feel Better”
“Look Good…Feel Better”
Infirmary West, in conjunction with the American Cancer Society will present, “Look Good… Feel Better,” Monday, August 25, from 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. in the Infirmary West Auditorium.
This is a free, community-based, public service program that teaches female cancer patients beauty techniques to help them cope with appearance related side effects of treatment and regain a sense of self-confidence during chemotherapy and radiation treatments. Each participant will receive a collection of cosmetics, and with the help of a trained cosmetologist, will learn make-up tips, and pointers on how to creatively use scarves, turbans, and wigs.
