Be Ready Alliance Coordinating for Emergencies, BRACE, invites individuals, families, businesses and organizations to attend the Hurricane Expo on Saturday, April 12 from 10AM-4PM at the Pensacola Civic Center. Over 80 exhibitors will provide information about services and products that can help in the preparation for and mitigation against disasters. There is no charge for admission.
BRACE is partnering with the Escambia County Department of Public Safety, the Local Mitigation Strategy Committee, the University of Florida IFAS Extension, and the My Safe Florida Home Program of the Department of Financial Services to present the Expo. On site applications for free wind inspections and applications for My Safe Florida Home grants will be available at the Expo.
